Online registration should be available in the next two weeks. If it is not up
yet, please check back soon!
Payment
You may pay online via Pay Pal or may mail a check to the address above. Please make all checks payable to the South Central Jurisdiction. Registration is NOT complete without registration form (if registering by mail) AND full payment. Please contact Brandon Bates (bbates@lakewood-umc.org) with any questions regarding registration.
Background Checks
All participants 18 years or older MUST fill out a
background
check and
bring it with them to JYMO in order to participate. Both adults AND youth
who are 18 years or older MUST have one of these forms.
